Our subscription based application “TrackMe” is dedicated for the real estate industry.The case and work flow management product “TrackMe” is designed and developed to manage the tenant’s issue in any commercial and residential property. This application reduces the number of potential equipment related problems because of its proactive management of preventive maintenance issues, thus saving valuable capital required to replace or repair the existing equipment. It also increases productivity of the maintenance crew because the cases are automatically assigned to those departments for resolution.
Automatic email notifies the property manager and the team members of the department about the issue reported by Tenant, thus reducing the lag time between issue reported and issue resolved. The Service Level Agreement at each case level motivates the teams to resolve the case in a timely manner. Tenant's can report property related issues automatically via the website interface, thus reducing the number of calls to the call center for reporting the issue.
The Dashboard provides key Business Intelligence information to the upper management in monitoring and controlling their business. The product organizes the data collected and provides useful information on the equipments management for each geographical location.
